Peter Obi caused inconclusive anambra election – Arthur Eze

More drama to come i swear… lol

A chief of the Peoples Democratic Party in Anambra State, Chief Arthur Eze, on Thursday blamed Governor Peter Obi for the inconclusive governorship election in the state.

Eze, who is seen as the main financier of the PDP candidate, Tony Nwoye, claimed that the problem with the election was the insistence of the governor to instal “his treasurer,” Williams Obiano, as his successor.

Obiano is the candidate of the All Progressives Grand Alliance in the election.

Eze spoke with State House correspondents shortly after meeting with Vice-President Namadi Sambo at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

He said having ruled the state for eight years, Obi was bent on putting the state in trouble for additional eight years that Obiano would rule.

He said his concern was the fate of the helpless people of the state.

When asked whether he was in support of the call for the total cancellation of the election, the PDP chief said, “Jega is very emotional, he is a very straightforward human being. He said this election was an act of sabotage. He was frank and God will advise him on what to do.”

On the way forward, Eze simply said, “Go and pray. What is going to happen in Anambra will happen in so many places. Pray for yourselves, not for us, we are gone, we are aged.”
